Tato stránka nabízí přehled odborných lékařských a dalších publikací týkajících se lidské fyziologie v kontextu sacharidové restrikce, a role sacharidové restrikce u fyzické aktivity a v léčbě a prevenci chronických onemocnění. Ačkoliv je vynakládána veškerá snaha udržet tento přehled průběžně aktualizovaný, není vyčerpávající a postupně přibývají další odkazy. Pro snazší orientaci je přehled rozdělen na tyto části:
